Order Processing

  • All orders are custom printed after purchase.
  • Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.
  • During holidays, sales events, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Timeframes

After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Delays

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Import charges imposed by their country

Delivery times for international orders vary by destination.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because products are made to order, orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
